First, we had her clean up her walls by repainting them.
Then we created this view as the focal point and framed the view with plants that were managable.
The hardscape of the steps needed cleaning up and the whole area needed to be cleaned and made neat with clean lines.
After filling in the lines of the steps we cleaned all the borders to let them define the space of the back of this garden.
This new client called us and showed us the inside of their home. They were very creative and original in their decor inside and the outside was weird and nonsensical and didn't reflect their sense of balance and beauty.
They needed flow so we looked for the most original, robust and full plantings that would TURN HEADS and reflect their creativity INSIDE their home!
This was the front of Patty's house when she bought it.
Using a many shade loving low growing plants, and especially carex, she started by thinking about what plants were the best to display beauty in the shade and at the same time make the house more inviting.
This nice guy called us from South Philly and asked us to please help him make his space beautiful.
Our business is all about trust and because he trusted us to do this we planted trees, shrubbs and perennial that would make it for the long and short term.
